When you become tired or have to navigate a tight spot, by rocking side to side slowly and deeply the fins will propel the board forwards. Once you begin to paddle again, the force of the water will push the fins back under your board out of the way.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAfter set up, the board is easily clipped onto your board allowing you to get on the water quickly.
